Clean water – A splash of hope for Nadia

A significant step towards improving the lives of the people of Nadia was taken as Sabuj Sangha, in partnership with SBI Foundation, inaugurated a new Water Treatment Plant under the Gram Seva Programme. The plant is designed to provide clean and safe drinking water to the entire community.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Hon’ble Shri Sanjay Prakash (Managing Director of State Bank of India Foundation), Mr. Siddhlingesh B (Coordinator of SBI Gram Seva), Mr. Krishanu Chatterjee (Representative from SBI Shimurali Branch), and the local Panchayat Pradhan.

During the event, Mr. Prakash commended Sabuj Sangha for their tireless efforts in implementing impactful initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and enhance the quality of life in rural areas. He also emphasized SBI Foundation’s dedication to supporting programs that create a positive change in the lives of underprivileged communities.
