Empowering First-Generation Learners Through Education Support

With the start of the 2026 academic session, education materials are distributed to adolescent girls and boys under the FIFA Community Programme in Mathurapur II and Patharpratima Blocks. The support addresses the severe financial stress faced by families of first-generation learners, who often struggle to afford basic school supplies and risk pushing children into work or household chores. By reducing this burden, the initiative helps prevent dropouts and ensures continuity in learning. Equal support to girls and boys promotes inclusion and fairness. With access to essential study materials, children learn better, gain confidence, and stay motivated to pursue their education and build hope for a better future.

“The education support I receive helps me continue my studies without interruption. It gives me confidence and hope to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher and to contribute to educating my village.”

Labani Patra, Mahabatnagar village, Nandakumarpur GP, Mathurapur II Block
