Staff Capacity Building Programme
Nandakumarpur Knowledge Campus, Mathurapur-II, South 24 Parganas

A three day long Staff Capacity Building Training was held from 23rd to 25th November 2023 at Nandakumarpur Knowledge Campus, Mathurapur-II, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. All the project staff, numbering total 23 including the Village Coordinators, Cluster Coordinators, Thematic Experts, MIS/Documentation Officer, Project Accountant and Project Manager, who are fully engaged in implementation process of the HRDP project, attended the training programme. The objectives of the training and the areas covered were to capacitate the project staff on understanding the principles of the HRDP project, bridging the gaps between understanding the project strategy and concept, sharpen the understanding about project outcomes, indicators, monitoring, evaluations process and understanding the FPC formation & process of development.
The days were divided in different session with periodic intervals and thus the sessions of a day covered around 8 to 9 hours starting from 9.30 a.m.
The facilitators for the three day long training sessions were Mr. Dibyendu Sarkar-Retd. IAS, Dr. Dipankar Roy-Senior Development Consultant, Mr. Baidyanath Paul, Secretary, SPADE and Mr. Ansuman Das, Secretary/Director, Sabuj Sangha.
The training ended on 25th November 2023 evening with a feedback session.
