Mr. Das holds M.S.W. degree from Vidyasagar University and has 19 years of expertise in a variety of development fields, including health, education, water and sanitation, livelihood, and disaster response. He offers a lot of energy and enthusiasm to our team since he is passionate about public relations, administration, and community development. He has the ability to coordinate as well as intervene on the ground. He had attended a variety of in-house and external resource/institutions training, workshops, and seminars. Mr. Das attended several courses/trainings offered by TISS, Credibility Alliance, VANI, GoWB Dept. of Health, Resource Alliance, UNICEF, Fk Norway, and others in addition to in-house trainings. Mr. Das has been a volunteer with Sabuj Sangha since 1998 from his college life.

Mr. Soumitra Jana, a B.A. from Calcutta University, is a persistent professional with 24 years of experience; he is in charge of statutory concerns relating to finance/accounting, IT, FCRA reports, yearly audit, and fixed asset maintenance. He began his work with Sabuj Sangha as an educator in 1998 and since then has enhanced his abilities by gaining technical understanding of accounting and keeping up with the latest Tally versions. He has participated in a number of financial management trainings sponsored by various organisations such as FMSF, Tally Solution, and Guidestar, among others.

Mr. Shivnath Karmakar Shivnath Karmakar is a seasoned Social Sector practitioner with 17 years of expertise in Training & Development, Healthcare, Digital Literacy, and Digital Financial Literacy. As an International Change Agent, he spent a year in Uganda under the Knowledge Exchange Programme of NOREC, focusing on reducing hunger and malnutrition through community capacity building. Shivnath introduced Indian foods like Moringa Pods, Banana Flowers, and Raw Jack Fruits, addressing their abundance in Uganda but lack of awareness. His passion lies in crafting Documentary Films for Social Development Programmes and developing cost-effective Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Management Systems, and real-time visualizations using free resources. Having contributed to renowned organizations such as Anudip Foundation and Karin Community Initiatives (Uganda), Shivnath currently serves as the District In-charge of Sabuj Sangha in Murshidabad Unit. There, he leads impactful programs like Digital Sakhi, a flagship initiative of L&T Finance, focusing on Digital Financial Literacy and Inclusion in marginalized communities.

With 37 years of extensive experience, Mr. Subhashis Banerjee is a seasoned professional, working as Senior Finance Officer at Sabuj Sangha. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Calcutta University, where he gained a strong foundation in financial management and accounting principles. Throughout his career, Mr. Banerjee has demonstrated expertise in overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record of effectively managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing organizational resources for sustainable growth. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Banerjee has played a pivotal role in driving financial stability and operational efficiency. His wealth of experience and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to any organization.

MA in Museology Mr. Jaydeep Banerjee has over 18years’ experience working among Communities with Social Development Projects in rural, urban and semi-urban areas. He has studied and remained catalyst to resolve problems faced by people specifically related to hazards due to Environmental Changes- its adverse impacts, Solid Waste and Pollution created with solar, wind and thermal power projects, . He has led teams in identification and assessment of socioeconomic issues and formulation of social management and development plans (SMP), Livelihood Enhancement Plan (LEP) and monitoring matrix for impacted communities in different regions across India. He also has experience in Social Safeguards Compliance Audit (SSCA) Projects and Environmental Social Assessment (ESA) projects funded by several National and International Agencies Currently he is involved in quality control of the reports for various National and International Funding Agencies and Cloud Platforms in Sabuj Sangha.

Mrs. Soma Maity, a hardworking development professional with 19 years of experience and an M.S.W from Vidyasagar University, is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the Peri – Urban region, assisting in the preparation of action plans for programme teams, and overseeing financial monitoring of the overall mentioned region. She has participated in multiple workshops and seminars sponsored by various national and international organisations. For the "Sundarban Women SHG Cooperative Society Ltd," she holds the honorary position of Chief Organizer.

Mr. Bhattacharya has been a part of Sabuj Sangha from its inception, with a B.Sc degree and 29 years of expertise. He is a dedicated development specialist who is currently in charge of managing a Registered Women SHG Cooperative Society, Sundarban Mohila Swanirvar Gosthi Cooperative Society Ltd., as well as the Nayantara programme (Empowering and educating adolescent girl children).He has also participated in several training like People’s Participatory Planning, Participatory Strategic Planning, Development of Human Potential, Documentation Reporting and Communication, Micro Finance, Total Sanitation Campaign, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Accounting and Financial Management of SHG based Institution etc.

Ganesh Das has been a part of Sabuj Sangha for quite some time. He is from Sagar Island where he oversees all of the Sagar based projects. He is a vibrant youth organizer who has been a catalyst for improving the Water Sanitation scenario in many schools on Sagar Island. He is now responsible for overall management of the organizations’ Sagar Island unit.
