Zuber Mansuriis a 20 years old boy, live with his family at a small pocket area of Metiabruz location, he dropout from his education after completion of 10th exam because of the financial crisis in his family; by profession his father was a daily labour at the local food market and was earning Rs. 5000 Per month but suddenly due to his father’s serious illness his father lost his ability to work and their family faced tremendous trouble.
Zuber quit his education and took responsibility to support his family by doing the Zari work with the monthly pay of Rs 3000 as he & his elder brother was only source of family. He was totally confused to continue his work, because his earning was not fixed and some time the employer not gives him the actual wages which he deserved and requires fulfilling his family daily needs.
When he heard about our Facility Management course by Auto Campaigning and enrolled his name to the training. He decided to move forwarded and grab the opportunity which can change his living condition. After completion of the training now he got placed at ‘’Subway’’ food chain and earn Rs. 7884 per month with all the facilities – ESI, PFA etc..
He was happy and thankful to Sabuj Sangha & Save the Children team for motivating & encouraging him to move forward and also for giving him this opportunity, which brings the new light in his life.
Now he is working as a sincere professional to get the better opportunities in future and became more positive and responsible person in professional world.
