Anwari Begum

Anwari Begum is a 22 years old girl. She resides with her mother and sister in a small slum pocket of Metiaburz area at Kolkata. She lost her father at the age of 13 years and her mother became very defenceless at that time, they gone through financial crisis and other societal problem but her mother started working and earn minimum amount to run her family. At that moment Anwari dropped out from her education and started working as labor and again enrolled her education. After her long continuation in her education in such a phase she dropped out after finishing higher secondary study because her family was not able to support her for her further education at college.

Anwari has a dream to complete her higher education and work in reputed place. She had joined with the Chumki, Puti Stitching work to earn more money so that she can save some money for her further education and meet her dreams which can solve many problems of her day to day life.

One day when she heard about of our Facility management training and she contacted with us for admission in this course. She had enrolled herself in this course and she was regular and very active to do any work.

She had successful competed her 3 month training and placed to CCD food chain. Now, she is earning 10767/- per month with all incentives and other benefits.

She is very thankful to Sabuj Sangha & Save the Children for giving her this opportunity to overcome the obstacles in her life. Now, she is not only supporting her family financially but also doing saving for her higher education…
